Das MMS 6140 dient zur Überwachung relativer Rotorschwingungen in rotierenden Maschinen. Es unterstützt den Anschluss eines Wirbelstromsensors und eines seismischen oder piezoelektrischen Wandlers und ist somit vielseitig für verschiedene Überwachungsanwendungen geeignet.

Merkmale

  • Zweikanalüberwachung :
    • Kanal 1: Kompatibel mit Wirbelstromsensoren, mit einem Signalfrequenzbereich von 1–250 Hz.
    • Kanal 2: Kompatibel mit seismischen oder piezoelektrischen Sensoren, mit einem Signalfrequenzbereich von 5–2000 Hz.
  • Einzelkanalmodus: Jeder Kanal kann unabhängig betrieben werden:
    • Kanal 1: Wird zur Wellenvibrationsüberwachung verwendet.
    • Kanal 2: Wird zur Überwachung der Lagervibrationen verwendet.
  • Messbereichsmultiplikator: Einstellbar im Bereich von 1.000 bis 4.999, um Alarmgrenzen während des Hoch- oder Herunterfahrens zu ändern.
  • RS 232- und RS 485-Schnittstellen: Zur Konfiguration und zum Auslesen der Messergebnisse sowie zum Anschluss an Analyse- und Diagnosesysteme oder Leitrechner.
  • 24V-Logik: Eingangswiderstand ≥ 30 kΩ, Tastimpulseingang für Analysezwecke.
