L'MMS 6140 è progettato per monitorare le vibrazioni relative del rotore nelle macchine rotanti. Supporta il collegamento di un sensore di correnti parassite e di un trasduttore sismico o piezoelettrico, rendendolo versatile per varie applicazioni di monitoraggio.

Caratteristiche

  • Monitoraggio a doppio canale :
    • Canale 1: compatibile con sensori a correnti parassite, con un intervallo di frequenza del segnale compreso tra 1 e 250 Hz.
    • Canale 2: compatibile con sensori sismici o piezoelettrici, con un intervallo di frequenza del segnale compreso tra 5 e 2000 Hz.
  • Modalità a canale singolo: ciascun canale può funzionare in modo indipendente:
    • Canale 1: utilizzato per il monitoraggio delle vibrazioni dell'albero.
    • Canale 2: utilizzato per il monitoraggio delle vibrazioni dei cuscinetti.
  • Moltiplicatore dell'intervallo di misurazione: regolabile tra 1.000 e 4.999 per modificare i limiti di allarme durante l'accelerazione o la discesa.
  • Interfacce RS 232 e RS 485: per la configurazione e la lettura dei risultati di misurazione e il collegamento a sistemi di analisi e diagnosi o computer host.
  • Logica 24 V: resistenza di ingresso ≥ 30 kΩ, ingresso impulso chiave per scopi di analisi.
