Il modulo RUSIO-3224 dispone di 32 canali IO sicuri universali con funzioni di canale configurabili, con configurazione gestita tramite il software Safety Builder. Questo modulo è progettato per soddisfare le esigenze di applicazioni fino a SIL 3, in conformità con gli standard di sicurezza IEC 61508/61511.

Per ottenere una configurazione ridondante sono necessari due moduli RUSIO-3224.

Tutti i canali sono alimentati dall'alimentazione a 24 V CC. Ciascun canale può essere configurato individualmente come:
