Description

The DS200FCGDH1B is a Gate Distribution and Status Card manufactured by General Electric as part of the Mark VI Series used in GE Speedtronic Control Systems. This card serves as an interface board for a 6-pulse phase-controlled, non-reversing bridge. It receives SCR firing data from the DS200DSPC (the VME processor chip) and transmits feedback and diagnostic data through the VME backplane. The FCGD processes a multiplexed cell status signal from each bridge leg, decoding and distributing the cell gating signals accordingly. It also scales bridge feedback signals and transmits voltage, frequency, and current status data back to the DSPC board.
