The DS200TCQCG1BKG is an Analog I/O Expander Board manufactured by General Electric as part of the LM2500 Series, which is used in GE Aeroderivative Gas Turbine Control Systems. The TCQC board is responsible for scaling and conditioning additional analog signals received from the terminal boards of the I/O cores.

  • Signal Handling:
    • Provides LVDT and LVDR excitation.
    • Manages IONET termination within the core. If the optional <21> is installed, the IONET termination occurs on the TCQC board.
    • Scales and conditions the mA input for the megawatt transducer signal and sends it to the STCA board via the 19PL connector.
    • Handles pulse rate inputs, high-pressure shaft speed signals, and occasionally liquid fuel flow signals.
    • Communicates generator and line signals with the STCA board via the JE connector.
