The Woodward 8200-177 is an EM and LQ Digital Driver designed for a variety of prime mover control applications. This driver, along with the EM/LQ actuator/valve system, provides robust and dependable all-electric actuation. It is well-suited for demanding applications, including variable geometry steam valves, gas valves, water valves, and flow control valves, offering high bandwidth and precision. The EM and LQ drivers control the position of an EM actuator or LQ valve proportionally based on the position demand signal received from a controlling device.
