GENERAL:

The ER Bus Interface Master Module serves as the communication link between the ESB Bus Node Unit (Local Node) or the Compact Field Control Unit (for FIO) and the ER Bus Node Unit (Remote Nodes) using the ER bus protocol.

This module is compatible with installation in the ESB Bus Node Unit models ANB10S and ANB10D, as well as the Compact Field Control Unit models AFF50S, AFF50D, AFV10S, and AFV10D. When two modules of this type are installed in either the ESB Bus Node Unit or the Compact Field Control Unit, a dual-redundant ER bus configuration can be achieved.
