    We primarily utilize trusted shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, BRE, and others to deliver orders promptly and securely. If you have an account with any of these carriers, you can arrange shipping directly. Additionally, we offer free shipping for goods delivered to freight forwarders in China.

  2. Delivery Time:
    We strive to expedite the shipping process to minimize delays. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the advance payment. For items quoted with lead time, we adhere to the timeframe specified in the quotation.

  3. Warranty:
    All our products come with a standard one-year warranty for new and original items. This warranty ensures that our customers receive quality products and have peace of mind regarding their purchases.

  4. Payment Methods:
    We accept payment via 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipping. For items with lead time, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipping. Customers with agents in China can contact us for RMB transfer options.
